Shipping & Returns

Our Free Shipping Policy

At Grow Lights 4 U, all shipments within the contiguous USA are free. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and all offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days upon receiving payment. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 2-3 weeks to ship depending on your location and our inventory. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to safely pack all boxes for shipment. Due to the possible rough handing by the carrier, all merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If you believe the products inside are damaged, open the box while the delivery carrier is there. If found damaged, reject the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reject the box at delivery time you are responsible for filing a shipping claim with the carrier for credit. We will not reship replacement items for carrier damage unless you reject the package at the time of delivery.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.

Returns

Returns & cancellations are based on the manufacturer's policy (see below). Please contact us for authorization number and shipping address.

ProSource Products - 90 Day Money Back Guarantee - All ProSource Illuminator products are offered with a 90-Day Risk Free Trial. If for any reason you are less than impressed within 90 days of delivery you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid. We will supply you a return authorization number and return address via email prior to shipping and must be obtained within 90 days of receipt. Items must not be a special order or a custom order. Items must be in new condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges for returns of items received in damaged or poor condition is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48hrs of receiving the returned merchandise and inspecting its condition. Cancellations are only offered in the event your item has not yet shipped.

Hydro Grow Generation-X 90 Day Money Back Guarantee - All Generation-X Grow Lights are offered with a 90-Day Risk Free Trial. If for any reason you are less than impressed within 90 days of receiving your product, you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise and inspecting its condition. This 90-Day Trial offer applies to the standard “Red Generation-X" lights available through our site. We do not offer returns on customized orders. Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer, and must be returned in “as new” condition, inside their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Hydro Grow Products - If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy on all 60 degree lens LED Grow Lights. We do not offer returns on refurbished, custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price, not including the return shipping cost. Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer, and must be returned in “as new” condition, inside the original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Lighthouse Hydro- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from receipt for all Lighthouse Hydro products. We do not offer returns on refurbished, custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price, not including the return shipping cost. Returns must be returned in “as new” condition, inside the original packaging. Return postage or shipping costs is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped.
